Useful Links

The links below are to a selection of organisations and resources that I have found useful during my experience of ME/CFS and my journey into a rewarding new career. Some also provide an independent way to check information about my professional background. Where I describe my own experience, it is simply that—my personal experience. I encourage you to explore the organisations for yourself and decide whether their information or services may be useful to you. I intend to update this page as I discover other resources that I believe may be helpful.

United Kingdom College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy

This is an affiliate link to the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy. If you enrol on a course through this link, I may receive a small commission. I trained with the College and have found both their courses and the support I have received to be excellent, comprehensive and thorough. They offer a growing portfolio of courses in a variety of formats. As courses and delivery methods may change over time, I recommend checking their website for their current offerings. I continue to study with them and value their ongoing help and support.

PRIME Cymru logo

PRIME Cymru

PRIME Cymru is a charity supporting people aged 50+ in Wales to find employment, start a business or develop skills through training and volunteering. At a time when I was at a very low ebb, trying to find a way back to meaningful employment after losing my career to Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME/CFS), I found PRIME Cymru. They helped me immensely, offering regular support with patience, empathy, encouragement and advice while I focused on an objective. Their support helped me identify and work towards my goals, and they have continued to encourage me as my business has developed. If you are over fifty and considering employment, training or a new business venture, I believe they are well worth investigating.

Print Evolution

Print Evolution have been incredibly helpful and attentive. They designed my logo from scratch, keeping me involved throughout the process. I feel personally invested in the result and remain very proud of the identity they created for CBHypno. I have subsequently used Print Evolution for promotional material and printing and have always been pleased with the results.
